Go do something celebratory instead of worrying about what’s happening with ebooks. And it doesn’t even have to be a Giftian celebration. I’m celebrating the birth of Santa with my children, but if you’re not in t0 or up for or down with that, you could celebrate something more holy like the opening of a scotch bottle and the mixing of its contents with Drambuie. Just a suggestion. I’ll be back the first Monday in January. I may post the occasional thing here, so set your RSS feed, if necessary, but don’t let me catch you sneaking out of the eggnog fest to check this f’n computer, you.

Santa knows when you are sleeping, but also, and more importantly, he knows when you're awake...

Dammit, George, some of us are still slaving away here in the trenches. If you’re not posting, what the hell are we supposed to do for entertainment when we slip off the floor to perfect the coffee/Bailey’s combination? (This morning it’s a 1:1 ratio — I suspect by noon it’ll be 1:4)

For some reason I just can’t stand eggnog. I want to like it. I really do.
