No “yeesh” required for Chris Rock — I don’t know if you get him on talk shows outside the US, but he’s a smart guy with some really great political observations. Unfortunately, he’s made horrible choices in terms of movies he’s been in, so it’s sullied his brand. But I could see him cranking out books like George Carlin.

So the way to publish and promote a novel is to first write it as a fake memoir, get discovered, and then reissue it as a novel. Okey dokey.
