Cooking with balls… r..r..r..rrr….rrAWLF!

A book on cooking with testicles. No word of a lie. This is the problem with the e-book revolution. Everything can find a publisher now. The mere coupling of the words “battered” and “testicles” just … really … no… like. (Thanks, Diane. I think.)

Hailed as the world’s first testicle recipe collection by e-book publishers YUDU, the cookbook includes author Ljubomir Erovic’s favourite dishes, like testicle pizza, battered testicles and and barbecued testicles and giblets.

The e-book, available for download from the Internet, comes with handy video guides showing the Serb peeling the skin off testicles and slicing them up into bite-size chunks.

Several different animals, including stallions, ostriches, bulls, pigs and turkeys, get the Erovic treatment.

“Wash testicles thoroughly for 30-45 minutes,” begins the recipe for testicles pie.

Recipes for the wimpy. This is how you can “get some balls”. :)

I think it is a great idea this cooking recipes book.
In some countries testicles are considered a bit of a delicatessen with all the stories attached…
Well done to the Serbian author. Nothing ventured nothing gained certainly worth a try. :)

  3. Scaepton Mallet says:

I don’t believe the above mentioned book supports your case. Just walk down the new releases or best sellers aisle. This cookbook is probably more concise, less pretentious, and finds its intended audience.
