This truly is a loss, especially as her last years were perhaps the most productive stage of her writing life. Props to the Van. Sun for getting the title of “Winter Sun” right. Boo to the CBC for its apparent plagiarization of the CP obit.

Hi i knew Margaret in the late 50s when Mike Strong and I were putting on Readings from American poets in Toronto. She and Olson fell in Love. So sweet it was, Elsa
i have been searching for her ever since that time. She was there for me and I missed her.
